NH rules require a voter to have a reason to vote absentee. There are only four reasons allowed: Absence, Disability, Work Obligation/Child Care, or Religious Commitment. The application for an absentee ballot doesn’t say it, but a voter who is concerned about Covid may check off “Disability” and qualify for an absentee ballot (the Secretary of State has signed off on this). We need to get this critical information out to Democratic voters. Join friendly calls to New Hampshire Democratic voters to make sure they know how to get absentee ballots.
