ONLINE – Leading a Phonebank 201

Welcome phonebank captains, new and returning! At this training, we will be going a little more in-depth to review best practices for facilitating and optimizing our phonebanks. We will start by reviewing all the tech basics. Feel free to come with lots of questions! Then we’ll discuss volunteer recruitment and retention strategies and share resources for communications and getting new callers up to speed. Finally, we will wrap up with a discussion about our different experiences with captaining and brainstorm how we can each improve our own phonebanks.
