ONLINE – One Fair Wage Michigan Town Hall with Michigan State Legislators

One Fair Wage Michigan is fighting for those who make subminimum wage (e.g., restaurant workers and Lyft drivers), $12/hour minimum wage in Michigan, and raising funds to provide cash assistance to subminimum wage workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Federal minimum wage for tipped workers is $2.13/hour: too little for most to collect unemployment, too much to usually qualify for government benefits, and *not* a living wage.
