Activist Texting Hands-on Training using Resistance Labs

Learn activist texting using a computer-to-phone program that doesn’t involve your cell number and protects your privacy. You can text at your convenience and reach hundreds of voters and contacts in minutes using pre-scripted messages.
Join a virtual training on Resistance Labs texting, which uses the Spoke texting platform, offers a variety of progressive campaigns and is one of the easiest systems for getting started.
Members of Minuteman Indivisible with extensive texting experience will provide you with a live texting demonstration and get you trained, signed up and doing your own texting during the hour session.
Once you learn texting with this system, you can more readily also text with other organizations and campaigns according to your interests.
A desktop or laptop is highly recommended for the Zoom meeting and texting. A tablet can also work for the presentation and demonstration but will not provide the best experience for the texting portion of this session.
